Our team building workshops are designed for corporate groups looking to step outside the usual format. Instead of presentations and icebreakers, we offer something more grounded: a hands-on process that requires focus, collaboration, and care. Working with letterpress naturally brings people into rhythm — with the press, with the process, and with each other.

It's not about speed or perfection. It's about communication, patience, attention to detail, and shared accomplishment. Your team will leave not only with something they've made, but with a renewed sense of connection.

The Package

Group size: 6–12 people — small enough for everyone to get real hands-on time at the press.

Duration: Half-day session, on-site at our Vancouver studio.

Includes:

  • A dedicated instructor guiding your group through the full letterpress process — setting type, mixing ink, running the press
  • All materials, type, and paper provided
  • A finished, printed piece for each person to take home
  • A studio built for exactly this: hands-on, unhurried, and a little bit inky

  • What Your Team Prints

    We tailor the project to your group. A few directions teams often choose:

    • A card your team will actually use — thank-you notes, client cards, or a holiday piece
    • One collaborative print — a single design the whole group builds and pulls together
    • A branded piece — incorporating your company name or a phrase, for internal use or gifting (requires a custom plate — additional charge, see Pricing)
