Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Our Products

All of our products are printed in Vancouver, BC, Canada. We use assorted colours for our envelopes and a selection of quality tree-free or recycled / FSC papers. All cards are A2 size (4.25" x 5.5") unless otherwise indicated, and packaged in a clear cellophane sleeve, box with lid and bellyband or premium card set folder. Envelope colours are subject to change without notice, but will always be perfectly matched. Most designs are available as singles or boxes of six.

 


Retail Ordering

Shipping 

We ship our products within Canada and internationally via Canada Post unless otherwise requested. Each order is shipped within approximately 1-3 days of the order date unless otherwise specified. A shipping and handling charge will be added after the order is taken. 

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination.

Returns

Damaged items may be replaced if reported within 5 days of receipt and returned within 20 days. Orders are non-refundable.

 

Wholesale Ordering

The minimum for first order is $150. No minimum for re-orders. Payment for opening orders is due at the time of shipment. We offer net 30 terms for subsequent orders and accept business cheques, all major credit cards and paypal. Prices are subject to change without notice.
