TERRA NOVA IDENTITY, BROCHURE + BUSINESS CARD

Terranova Schoolyard Society is an amazing local non-profit conceived by chef Ian Lai. It helps school children connect with the origins of their food in various ways, including harvesting and creating culinary masterpieces from ingredients they plant in Richmond Rural Park.
Given our passion for sustainable living, we approached Terranova with the hopes of bringing their mission to life. Together, we designed a logo, brochure and business cards that made it easier for them to market and promote themselves for grants, funding, community awareness and support. Conceptually, the identity stems from “planting a seed” (double pun intended), and marries agricultural themes with childlike elements – hence the earth tones, bold images, and playful typography.
